Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Digital Gulf Pro's services. By signing up for a free audit, a free trial, or any paid plan, you agree to these Terms. If you have any question before agreeing, email zineb@digitalgulfpro.com.

We wrote these Terms in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, ask us — we'll explain.

Digital Gulf Pro provides AI-powered Google review management for restaurants and hospitality businesses. Our services include:

2. Free trial

To start the free trial, you add Digital Gulf Pro as a Manager (not Owner) on your Google Business Profile. We handle your review responses for 7 days. At the end of the trial:

No credit card is collected during the trial. We will not auto-charge you.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in AED. Prices are listed on the homepage:

Your subscription renews automatically each month. If a payment fails, we will email you and pause your service until payment is resolved — we will never overcharge.

4. Founding Member rate

The 500 AED/month Founding Member rate is locked for life for the first 5 UAE restaurants who subscribe to the Starter plan. The lifetime rate stays at 500 AED/month even after we raise standard prices later, for as long as you remain a continuously active subscriber on the Starter plan. If you cancel and resubscribe later, you re-enter at the then-current Starter price.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime, with no fee and no notice period. Just email zineb@digitalgulfpro.com or remove us as Manager from your Google Business Profile.

Your subscription stops at the end of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate, but we also do not charge again. There are no annual contracts and no cancellation penalties.

6. Ownership of your Google Business Profile

Your Google Business Profile (GBP) is and remains your property at all times. We act as a Manager only, with the access level you grant. Specifically:

7. Quality and tone of replies

We use advanced AI models with custom training on hospitality replies. Each reply is professional, empathetic, and matches the brand voice you describe to us during onboarding. During your free trial, we send all drafts to you for approval before publishing — you stay in full control.

We will not publish a reply that you have explicitly refused. If you change your mind on a published reply, we delete it within 24 hours of your request.

You agree not to use Digital Gulf Pro to:

9. Service availability

We commit to:

If a service-impacting issue lasts more than 24 consecutive hours, we credit you 1 day of subscription per day affected.

10. Limitation of liability

Digital Gulf Pro is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for:

None of this limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UAE law.

11. Confidentiality

We treat your business data, internal feedback, and onboarding instructions as confidential. We do not share them with other clients, competitors, or any third party except as needed to operate the service (see our Privacy Policy).

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we update the "Last updated" date and notify active clients by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the change means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion will be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
